Though I wouldn't wear them for snow, the heel is a little narrow for stability compared to some boots. Be warned that the grey is more of a purple-gray color and tend to lean more toward grey or purple depending on the light. I asked my husband if he thought they were purple or grey and he couldn't decide! Either way, they're way cute and the color isn't something I'm getting hung up on. I love wearing these with my skinny jeans, and they are true to size.
